Sending Digital Impressions

Elite Dental Lab specializes in helping clinicians using digital impression systems.We are committed to providing quality dental care across all platforms. Our team of certified dentists and specialists are trained in both traditional techniques as well as implant restorations with Align Technology iTero™, Sirona CEREC® platforms, Carestream CS Scan Flow, PLANMECA CAD/CAM SOLUTIONS E4D Technologies PlanScan®, the 3M™ True Definition Scanner, 3Shape’s TRIOS®, and Medit Link.

We accept files form any open system (.STL export).

Transferring data to Elite Dental Lab is easy, thanks to our upload page. Once you’ve captured an impression with your device and upload it here, we will get the cases returned within 7 days. If you’re using an Align Technology iTero™ scanner, you can use the scanner interface to send files through your scanner. (View instructions here).

To use your iTero® scanner to upload directly to us from your scanner, follow the instructions below to setup Elite Dental Lab in your iTero scanner:

Call 800-577-8767
Select Option 1
Request for them to add Elite Dental Lab to your scanner.
Provide our account number to verify the correct lab: 40981
Once Elite Dental Lab has been added, restart the scanner
Select Elite Dental Lab on your scanner to upload scans.
