It is fast and easy to pay statements online. Just go to our payment portal and enter the statement number and amount you would like to pay.

An email receipt will be delivered to you after payment for your records.

Mail in payment

Makes checks payable to Elite Dental Lab and deliver to 112 Woodland Ave. Barrington, NJ 08007. Please add the statement number in the memo or include it in the envelope.

Call us at (856) 340-9274 during our regular office hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Can I pay multiple statements at the same time?

Yes! Simply put in the statement numbers separated by a comma and we will attach payment to those statements.

How do I get a receipt

Receipts are emailed to you after payment. If you need a copy of a receipt at any time later, please contact us.

Is my payment secure?

We partner with Stripe and we utilize their payment system. So, before you enter any credit card information, you are taken directly to their website under our account to make payment. This type of interaction is also how PayPal handles most payments. We also take card payments directly by phone.

Why is my transaction being declined?

You should receive a decline message. If you do not receive a message, please contact us for details. We can take card by phone as well.
